If your order arrives damaged during transit or with a manufacturing defect:
Collector cards are non-refundable once shipped unless they arrive visibly damaged. Contact us within 48 hours with photos.
If the LED illumination system fails within 30 days of delivery under normal use, we will replace the LED module at no additional cost. Contact us with a video showing the issue. Damage caused by water exposure, drops, or tampering voids this guarantee.
We package all products with protective foam and reinforced boxes. If the outer box shows clear signs of mishandling by the courier and the product inside is damaged, we will file a claim with the shipping partner and either replace your order or issue a full refund.

All product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in color, finish, and LED effect may occur between units. These are not defects.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change between batches without prior notice. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the price is locked.
We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets). Payment is collected in full at the time of order. We do not offer EMI or installment plans at this time.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation on the Razorpay payment page and a follow-up message via WhatsApp/email within 24 hours with your order details and estimated dispatch date.
Figures are produced in limited batches. Estimated production time is 7–14 business days from order confirmation. We will notify you via WhatsApp/email when your order ships, along with tracking information.
We ship across India via insured courier services. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping is free across India.

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
